We
can assist you in planning for the future, in particular,
for a time in your life when you may not be able for
reasons of mental and physical disability to look after
your own affairs. We can assist you in creating an Enduring
Power of Attorney, which allows you appoint a member
of your family or some other person to be your Attorney
in the event that you become incapacitated. There are
a number of safeguards built into the Deed creating
the Power of Attorney, the most important being that
your appointed Attorney cannot act on your behalf until
your Doctor certifies that you are not capable of looking
after your own affairs. |
